Desktop system requirements
- TechHealth's web-enabled systems take advantage of the latest browser and security capabilities. Customers should use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or above to access our system through the Internet.
- As long as your computer can connect to the Internet and run Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, you can access the TechHealth system from any location. Some customers have a dial-up account through an Internet Service Provider, and many connect through their company's business connection over the LAN.
- For best viewing of our system interface, we recommend a video resolution set to 800x600 (or higher) and 256 (or higher) colors. Most newer computers and monitors can handle this resolution.
- Many of TechHealth's updates are provided using email. It is very helpful to have an active email account.
Technical system requirements
- Your firewall must have port 80 enabled for web access (normally a standard setting on all firewalls).
- Your firewall must have port 443 for SSL (secure socket layer connection) enabled.
- JavaScript MUST be enabled on Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0+ to allow proper editing and validation of user input.
- The desktop must have Cookies enabled for Application Server status synchronization. This will ensure users that their session will not be lost if the Internet connection is interrupted.
