Prospective Referral Management
Our customer-based service teams actively manage the physical therapy referral from inception to completion. TechHealth schedules the injured worker’s appointments, monitors the patient’s compliance with treatment, and communicates activities to all parties on the claim. When prescribed services exceed ODG recommendations, TechHealth’s in-house clinicians take action. We undertake a thorough peer-to-peer review of the claim and its treatment activity in order to provide recommendations to the client.
Retrospective Billing Management
With PT Progress, our customers can always experience savings. TechHealth’s direct contracts allow for re-pricing and eliminate the controversial “Silent PPO.” We retrospectively re-price bills from our exclusive physical therapy network to deliver cost savings, then we convert the referral to prospective status. From that point on, our clients experience the savings generated by actively managing the referral to control over-utilization.
